- TasksA task is a piece of work that has to happen around a tour, a stop, a shipment, a load, a transport draft or a carrier. Orbit assigns it to the right people, tracks it until it is done, and keeps a record of who did what.
- Task TemplatesA task template is a rule that creates tasks automatically when something happens in Orbit, for example when a tour is planned or a shipment is booked. You set it up once, and Orbit creates the right task, for the right person, every time.
- Task FormsA task form holds the questions a person answers to complete a task: a pallet count, a checkbox, a photo. Orbit checks every answer against the form before the task counts as done.
- Tasks in Orbit MissionControlOrbit MissionControl is where operators find, work on and hand over tasks.
